Creative Destination's Program Examples

Program Example #1: Lake Tahoe, Nevada.

For the first night, we turned the ballroom into a mining town complete with panning for gold trough, jail, assayer’s office, etc. We used the date the company opened for business as the date the mining town was established and the number of participants as the number of people in the town. The Creative Destinations staff dressed in saloon girl attire and the male trip director dressed all in black to represent the villain. The buffet was served out of chuck wagons. We hired a local band for music and dancing.

For the final night we recreated National Lampoon’s Animal House (the movie). Participants were asked to dress as they did in the movie. Otis Day and the Knights was our entertainer.

Program Example #2: St. Kitts

In St. Kitts, our group rented out the fort located at the highest point on the island for the final night party. We had cocktails at sunset in the observation yard then dinner under a huge tent overlooking the sea. We brought in Kim Carnes for the entertainment and capped it off with a beautiful fireworks display at the edge of the hill by the sea.

Program Example #3: Jamaica

An independent lumber dealer from the Florida Keys, took about 120 of their clients to Jamaica. As a special surprise we hired a yatch for a private sail and snorkeling trip to Duns River Falls.

Program Example #4: Panama

In Panama we created private partial crossing of the Panama Canal. For the final night, we hired a local group to perform local dances and for the grand finale, we orchestrated a huge fireworks display over Lake Gatun.
