Meet Our Team
Lillie (Lou) Hannah
Lou Hannah, President and owner of Creative Destinations, Inc. received her bachelor’s degree in accelerated business in 1965 from East Mississippi Community College. She started her career in incentive travel program management in 1980, when she was hired as an assistant to the director of Incentive Travel at BMA (Builder Marts of America). Many critical windows were opened for Mrs. Hannah during her time there. She established herself as a professional through her personable customer relations and hands-on-approach to project management. In 1990, after BMA shuttered their incentive travel operation, she moved on to become director of sales for a travel company. By 1995, she was a partner and head of the incentive department for Travel Group. After accruing a total of 22 years of vital industry experience, she started Creative Destinations, Inc. in 2002.
When Lou first started in the travel business 30 years ago, it became a labor of love, a love that continues to this day. Lou takes a personal interest in her clients and she uses her relationships with vendors to find the best destination, hotel or program for what the client has to spend. After 30 years, most of the vendors are personal friends.
Lou believes her “been there, done that” experience puts her in the lead for assisting her clients in implementing an incentive program that will be a success for them.
Lou is passionate about keeping her clients happy and returning year after year. She’s also passionate about the traveling itself and getting to know her clients and their customers.
Lou’s motto is to have integrity, live by the rules, don’t take advantage of anyone and do the best you can in any situation. Never close a door or burn any bridges.
Bonnie Theus
Bonnie had been working in the travel industry for eight years prior to joining Creative Destinations in 1997. She started working for Creative Destinations part time but soon proved herself to be an invaluable employee willing to tackle any project and was asked to go full time. Besides her duties running the air department, she also manages the office in South Carolina as well as working with individuals for their travel needs and the incentive groups. Her expertise is in dealing with the group departments for all the airlines and vendors for vacations and honeymoons packages.
Cindy Moore
Cindy had been working in the healthcare field for many years when she decided she wanted a new career. She started at Creative Destinations in 1998 and quickly realized she was where she wanted to be. Cindy is the manager of our location in Mississippi. Her duties include working with all the incentive programs as well as individual travelers taking their first trip out of the country, high school senior trips, family vacations and honeymoons. Cindy enjoys getting to know her clients and digging in to find their perfect destination.
